This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle order processing, timelines, and delivery practices for all purchases made through our website or other official platforms.

1. Order Processing

1.1 All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive your payment confirmation.

1.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

1.3 Please note that custom-made, pre-order, or made-to-measure items may require additional time for production before dispatch. The estimated production time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

1.4 You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been successfully placed and another notification once it has been shipped.

2. Shipping Timelines

2.1 For domestic deliveries within India, orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

2.2 Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and other external factors such as weather, strikes, or local restrictions.

2.3 For custom or pre-order products, the total delivery time includes both the production time and the courier transit time.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and courier partner rates.

3.2 Any applicable shipping or handling charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

3.3 Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted delivery rates — details of which will be shared through our website or social media channels.

4. Tracking Your Order

4.1 Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking details via email or WhatsApp so that you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

4.2 Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to reflect on the courier’s website after dispatch.

5. Shipping Address & Delivery

5.1 Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered accurately at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to delays or failed deliveries.

5.2 In case of an incorrect address or if the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Any re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

5.3 Deliveries will be made during standard business hours (10 AM – 7 PM, Open all days) by our authorized courier partners.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

6.1 While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Amara is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partner delays
  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions
  • Inaccurate delivery details provided by the customer

6.2 In such cases, we will do our best to support you and provide updates until your package reaches you safely.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

7.1 For international orders, delivery timelines, charges, and customs duties may vary based on destination and local regulations.

7.2 Any additional customs or import duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

7.3 Delivery times for international orders generally range from 7–15 business days depending on the destination.
